“I have known Howard since the early 1980s and started doing administrative work for him many years ago. He was quite a character with a great sense of humor. He loved his family so very much and was so incredibly proud of his sons. Howard was respected by many and was sought after for his investigative talents. He was a wonderful man to work for, but more than that, he was my friend and I will miss him. Rest In Peace, Howard. My condolences to the family he loved so much. Terri Stebner”
