She was predeceased by: her parents, Austin L. and Antoinette; her husband Willard "Bill" Ewart; her daughter Barbara Cummings (late Sandy); and her siblings, Richard Cherry and Joanne Werksma (late Henry).

She is survived by: her children, David Ewart (Veronica) and Sherry Chance (Richard). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
