He is survived by: his pet Pepper; his wife Lucy; his child Laurel Rhyne (Patrick); his grandchildren, Lily Rhyne and Zac Seidel; his sibling Clariece McGee (Robert); and his stepchildren, Terry Brooks, Lauren Brooks, April Rue, Patrick Brooks, Allen Brooks and Brian Brooks.
