He was predeceased by: his parents, James Cullen and Virginia Cullen; his son Patrick Cullen; and his siblings, Virginia Damiani, Richard Cullen and James Cullen.
He is survived by: his children, Treacy Ruggirello (Andrew), Brigid Cullen and Lesley Beylerian (Nishan); his grandchildren, Brendan Unger, Connor Unger and Charlotte Beylerian; and his brothers, John Cullen (Joy) and Michael Cullen (Margaret).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Jerry's name are appreciated to Alzheimer's Association.
