She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Avie and Ernest Avie; and her sister Angela. She is survived by: her brother Roger; her husband Donald Cook; her children, Dennis, Duane and Diane; and her stepson Walter Jr.. She is also survived by stepdaughter Elizabeth passed, and four step-grandchildren and two step-great-grandchildren.
