She was predeceased by: her husband Ronald Marcinkiewicz; her sons, Larry McKibben and Mike McKibben; her granddaughter Sheena McKibben; her sister Jeannie Gorman; her father Vern Catherman (Verna); and her brother-in-law Merle Gorman.
She is survived by: her children, Laura Marcin (Jerry Prutsman) and Jeffrey McKibben (Paula Johnson); her grandchildren, Stacey Ripley (Bob) and Ian McKibben; and her great grandchild Kaitlyn Ripley.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made in Dorothy's memory to the World Wildlife Fund (https://protect.worldwildlife.org), a charity close to her heart.
