She was predeceased by: her parents, Eve Dulka and Steven Dulka; and her sister Denise. She is survived by: her husband Tom; her children, Thomas C. (Nicole) and Heather Yakes (Eric Becker); her grandsons, Jacob and Tom; and her siblings, Steven, Mary, Tammy, Kevin and Brett.
