He is survived by: his wife Donna Jean Owens; his sons, Dr. Scott Owens (Clare) of Columbiana and Mark Owens (Angie) of Wappingers Falls; his grandchildren, Heather Bird, Mark Brice Owens, Grant Owens and Lauren Owens; his great grandchildren, Haleigh, Nora, Margot, Morgan and Evelyn; and his sister Susan McClelland (James) of Huntington.
