She was predeceased by: her parents, Kelly Keathley and Eunice Keathley; her son Earl Moore; her grandson Justin Chrzanowski; and her brother Elmer Keathley (Carol).
She is survived by: her husband Joseph Chrzanowski; her children, Mike Yekin (Kim), Greg Moore, Tim Chrzanowski (Cres), Kelly Connolly (Charlie) and Wendy Nahhat (Fred); her grandchildren, Kelli Dorchen (Alex), Katie Yekin, Miranda Miller, Lauren Chrzanowski, Madison, Paige Connolly and Jesse Nahhat; her great grandchildren, Jacob, Jordan, Joey Dorchen, Lukas Parsons and Willow Miller; her brothers, Frank (Gail) and Danny Keathley (Diane); her nephew Dan; and her children, Heart Foundation, Suite and Northbrook. She is also survived by her family and friends.
