He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Lampe and Pauline Lampe. He is survived by: his wife Darlene; his children, David Jr., Sara (Casey), Natasha, Michaela and Elizabeth; his grandchildren, Adam and Cora; and his siblings, Ronald, Curtis (Nancy), Janet (Mike) and Glenn. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
