He was predeceased by: his parents, Seymour Collen and Gloria Collen. He is survived by: his siblings, Michael Collen (Susan Cohan), Joni Fischer (Fred) and Dr. Andrew Collen (Kathy); his nieces and nephews, Dr. Melissa Novetsky (Eric), Jessica Migliore (Steven), Dr. Daniel Fischer (Paula), Noah Collen and Zachary Collen; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Lily, Emma Novetsky, Alexis, Jacob, Dylan Migliore, Avery and Sydney Fischer. He is also survived by other loving family member and friends.
