He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Altha Conn and Lena Conn; his wife Penny; his children, Steve Conn (Jane) and Marianne Westhaus (Perry); his grandchildren, Stephanie Palia (Mike), Laura, Michael Conn, Eric and Kyle Westhaus; his brother John; and his niece Holly Weisent (Chip).
