Shaffer (Farmington Hills, Michigan), born in Howell, Michigan, who passed away on August 16, 2018, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Howle and Allie Howle (Hotchkiss); and her husband George Shaffer. She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey S. Shaffer (Debra) of Katy, TX and Julie Shaffer of Farmington, MI.; and her grandchild Brandon Shaffer of Houston. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
