It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara L. Noe in Farmington Hills, Michigan, born in River Rouge, Michigan, who passed away on January 14, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Charles C. "Charlie"; her parents, Thomas McMillian and Lillian McMillian; and her siblings, Tom McMillan and Gilda Lapere.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Peters (Mike), Charles Greg Noe, Donald Drake, David Drake (Karen), Cheryl Nigg (Tom), Pamela Ruiz (Gary) and Glen Noe (Jackie); her sister MaryAnne Coats; and her sister-in-law Carolyn McMillan. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
