Baker of Falmouth; her children, Zachary Baker (Sarah), Schuyler Baker (Jimmy Murata), Lukas Baker (Kandyce) and Tara Putman; and her brothers, Aaron Van Haitsma (Barb) and Michael Van Haitsma (Lisa). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
