He is survived by: his parents, Kimberly DeRuiter (Matt) of Falmouth and Mark Berkompas (Kim) of Falmouth; his siblings, Jessica Shillings (Korbin) of Falmouth and Corey Berkompas (Elizabeth Kramer) of Falmouth; his stepsiblings, Zach DeRuiter of Marion and Mikayla Sloat (Dayne) of Lake City; and his grandfathers, George Berkompas (Lois) of McBain, Al DeBoer of Lake City and Keith DeRuiter (Phylla) of Falmouth. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
