She was predeceased by: her parents, Jake Wonsey and Alice Wonsey; her husband Clarence Hoffman; her siblings, George Wonsey, Donald Wonsey, Marjorie Racine, Myrtle Harris and Joyce Lamphere; and her siblings-in-law, Henry Dykhouse, Richard "Dick" Lucas, Devere "Dee" Lamphere, Monika Wonsey and Sharon Wonsey.

She is survived by: her siblings, Grace Dykhouse, Ronald "Butch" Wonsey and Margaret Lucas; her nephew Dale Westdorp (Cheryl); and her siblings-in-law, Barbra Wonsey, Ray Harris and Richard Racine. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions can be made to the Clam River Chapel.
