He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Arbaugh and Audrey Arbaugh (McIntyre); and his brother David Arbaugh. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca L. "Becky" Arbaugh (Kauffman); his children, Thomas Arbaugh (Rebecca) and Catherine Arbaugh-Henke (Charles); the parent of his children Bonnylin Proffitt; his stepchildren, Renee Quintela (Adam), Kristel Lunning and Erik Lunning (Rachel); and his siblings, Ruth Miteen (Dennis) and Daniel Arbaugh. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren.
