She was predeceased by: her parents, Glen Melton and Irene Melton; her husband Walter Leaf; her son Gerald Egan; and her grandsons, Joshua Harrington and Jacob Harrington.
She is survived by: her siblings, Don Melton (Carol) and Sherry Marsh (Rod); and her children, Gail Michuda, Paul Egan and Perry Egan. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
