We are sad to announce that on October 24, 2022, at the age of 19, Autumn J. Waack in Fairview, Michigan, born in Flint, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her grandfathers, Frank Urban and David Waack; and her uncle Jon Waack. She is survived by: her parents, Denise Urban (Michael Authier) and Travis Waack; her brother Bailey Waack; her grandmothers, Carole Urban and Nancy Waack; her uncle Tony Urban (Danette); her aunt Ginger Reining (John); and her cousins, Ethan Forys (Catherine), Genevieve, Zander, Sawyer, Zachary, Kaleb Reining (Sarah) and Sierra.

Memorial donations may be made to Ucancervive or Shedneck Foundation.
