She was predeceased by: her parents, James W. Phelan and Mary Jo; and her daughter Mary Solomon. She is survived by: her children, Steve Solomon (Tracy) of Alabama, Mike Solomon (Melissa) of North Carolina and Amy Vernier (Joey) of Algonac; her grandchildren, Steven (Stephanie), Payton (Joel), Nathan Nicholas, Alicia, Madelyn and Emily; her great grandchild Adalynn; and her siblings, Linda "Mona" Rabine (Roy), James Phelan (Valerie), Michael Phelan (Georgia), Dennis Phelan, Patricia Phelan (Randy Proctor), Christopher Phelan (Marybeth), John Phelan (Cindy) and Kathleen Phelan. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and close friends.
