He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ruggs; his children, Stacey Dekun (Mike), Stephan Ruggs and Jeanine O'Connor; his grandchildren, Abigail (Pumpkin), Emma (Little Butt), Kendall, Bentley, Isiah, Ethan, Layla, Alayna, Shamara, Junior and Little Richard; and his siblings, Dale Ruggs, Ronnie Ruggs and Brenda Ruggs. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
