He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Zultak and Jean Zultak (Salega); his brother-in-law Gino Chemin; and his nephew Michael Chemin. He is survived by: his children, Lisa Zultak-Owens of Kansas City, MO, Dennis Zultak (Sandra) of Kimball, MI and Richard Zultak (Karen) of Fair Haven, MI; his grandchildren, Dennis, Jacob, Devin, Jared, Sarah of Megan, RJ, Tara and Bethany; his great grandchildren, Colton, Zoey, Tommy, Riley, Jackson, Olivia and Amelia; his sister Shirley Chemin; and his nephew David Chemin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
