Verle L. Holzgen Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 19, 2020, at the age of 85, Verle L. Holzgen (Evart, Michigan) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wives, Darlene, Karla and Betty; his sons, Gary and Verle Jr.; and his brother Leroy Holzgen.
He is survived by: his children, Richard Holzgen (Donna), Denise Slachter (Steve), Bryan Holzgen, Mike Holzgen (Cindy) and Mary Jo Dyer (Matt); his siblings, Darwin Holzgen, Darlene Miller, Joan Stiltner and Judy Etheridge; and his friend Jerry McCunne. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 24 plus great-grandchildren.
In honor of Verle and in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Michigan (400 Perry Ave., Big Rapids, MI 49307).
