He is survived by: his wife Denice Bundoff; his siblings, Douglas Hoitenga (Suzanne) of Austin, TX and Carol Klunzinger; his nephew Jeff Klunzinger of Littleton, CO; his niece Kellie Alton (Scott) of Denville, NJ; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Parker, Alexander and Alayna Vanderhoef; his mother-in-law Mary Bundoff of Byron, MI; and his sister-in-law Joan Bates (Eric) of Lake Orion, MI. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
