He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Brazelton and Frances Brazelton (Statum); his daughter Jenette Marie Brazelton; and his siblings, Samuel, Ronald Brazelton and Barbara Brooks.
He is survived by: his son James Brazelton of Evart; his grandchildren, Jenna Breann Milburn, Cara Marie Ems (Dylan) of Evart and Randall Dylan Brazelton of Sears; his great grandchildren, Jaida, Jarrison, Jeremiah Milburn, Emily and Ethan Ems; his sisters, Jane Bigelow of Waterford and Helen Averill of Interlochen; and his daughter-in-law Jolene Brazelton. He is also survived by many extended family, nieces, nephews and friends.
