He is survived by: his wife Debra; his children, Ryan Starck (Tracey) of Nashville, TN and Nicole Fleming (Kenneth) of Bryan, TX.; his stepchildren, Stacy Hochthanner (Tim) of South Lyon, MI and Brandin Stratman of Ft. Lauderdale, FL.; his grandchildren, Faith, William, Emma, Jonathan, Hope, Samantha, Ava and Gavin; and his siblings, Richard Starck (Sharon) of Arlington, VA, Robert Starck (Vickie) of Grand Rapids and Ethel "Maggie" Pastarr (Steve) of Minneapolis, MN..
Ray generously requested his body be donated to scientific research.
