He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Cruikshank and Rosetta Cruikshank (Thiel); his wife Kathryn Ann Arndt; and his daughter Ann. He is survived by: his close friend Bonnie Yarhouse of Evart; his grandson Grant Slomkowski of South Lyon; his son-in-law Michael Slomkowski of South Lyon; and his brother Rex Cruikshank (Margaret) of Evart. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
