She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Hasted and Fern Hasted (Crofoot); her husband Van F. Sparks; her siblings, Arlene Ridderikhoff (John), Doris Melvin (Kenneth), Keith Hasted and Gene Hasted (Mary June); her niece Elaine Ridderikhoff; and her great-nephew Reid Ridderikhoff.
She is survived by: her sister Sharen Hasted of Evart; her nieces and nephews, Bob Ridderikhoff (Linda) of Algonac, Bill Ridderikhoff (Leigh Velie) of Newaygo, Gary Hasted (Stacy) of Hesperia, Sue Marker (Mike) of Evart and Michelle Jackson of Hesperia; and her stepdaughters, Altona Duston and Diana Kelsey. She is also survived by 12 great nephews and nieces, 11 great-great nephews and nieces, 3 great-great-great nephews and nieces.
