She was predeceased by: her parents, Theo Maddern and Helen M. Maddern (Norris); and her husband Edwin Carmichael. She is survived by: her children, John (Tonui) of Sears, David (Linda) of Evart and Dolores Akerley (Frank) of Mt. Washington, KY; and her brother Gary Maddern of Evart. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandson.
