He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Alvar, Bernadette Morris, Eugene and Edna Wetzig; and his stepfather Alfred "Butch" Taylor.
He is survived by: his mother Sharon A. Morris (Wetzig) of Manton; his former wife Charity Rose Grein; his wife Charity "Psych" Morris of Reed City; his children, Kyle Whitemore (Adrianna) of Arizona, Devin "Squeak" Morris (Rex "Hick" Torney) of LeRoy, John Morris of Indiana, Matthew Morris of Evart and Cassie-Danielle Morris of Reed City; his grandchildren, Aria, Ronan and Rayne; his father John L. Morris of Cadillac; and his siblings, Michell Olson (Dale) of Manton, Tammy Morris of Manton, Ginny Edstrom (Kim) of Cadillac and Michelle McCrimmon (Darwon) of Marion. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
On June 30, 2012 at Jennings Community Church he married Charity Rose Grein.
