He is survived by: his wife Mary of Evart; his children, Deanna Renolds (Simon) of Reno, NV, Scott Hooper (Karolyn) of Reno, NV, Jennifer Barbour (Clarence) of Southfield, MI, John Hooper of Westland, MI and Jayson Hooper of Northville, MI; his grandchildren, Chelsea Ingram (Jim) of Northville, Jessica Huff of Omaha, NB, Blaine Hughes (Kevin) of Columbus, GA, Ryan Huff of Sydney, Morgan Barbour (Stefon) of Kalamazoo, MI, Scott Hooper Jr. (Jeanne) of Hohenwald, TN, Ayla Budge of Mariposa, CA, Haven Rockford of Mariposa, CA, Jenna Taylor of Reno, NV, Cayden and Jacob Barbour of Southfield, MI; his great grandchildren, Catherine, Max, Callie, Theresa, Kenzie, Joann, Sam, Sully, John "Tripp" and Malik; his siblings, Michael Hooper (Patty) of Dickinson, TX, Patrick Hooper (Roberta) of Anaheim Hills, CA, Gail Hooper of Stockton, CA and Connie Melendez (John) of Norwalk, CA; his daughter Christianne; his parents-in-law, Bill and Angie Thomas; and his brothers, Ron and Bob Hooper. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and wonderful friends.
