We bid farewell to James E. Dyer of Evart, Michigan, born in Flint, Michigan, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on December 29, 2024 at the age of 79. James touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his siblings, Luella "Grace" Bolen (Charles), Pearl "Dollie" Scarbro (Rodney), Edward Dyer (Betty) and Dorothy Vaughan; his half-sister Mona Smith; and his parents, Pearl Moss (William) and Earl D. Dyer Sr..
He is survived by: his brother Earl Dyer (Nicke) of Lake City; and his half-sister Diane Hicks (Robert "Bob") of Evart.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Corey Funeral Home (415 N Main St, Evart, MI 49631). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Lake City Cemetery (21593 M-66 N).
