He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Scott and Flossie Scott (Bump); his son Derek Scott; his stepson Randy Rauth; his granddaughter Kylie; and his brothers, Duane and John Scott.
He is survived by: his wife Betty L. Johnson; his sons, Stephen and Jerry Scott; his stepdaughter Dawn Rauth-Gill (Lewis); his grandchildren, Brandon, Mark, Alycia, Mekayla, Jennifer, Jeff, Josh and Casey; his sister Jean Rose (Don); and his pets, Bella and Buddy. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
