He was predeceased by: his daughter Doris Ruth Smith. He is survived by: his children, Angela Ausmus (Terry) of Belleville, MI, Mark Smith (Regina) of Adrian, MI and Sara Smith of Dundee, MI; his grandchildren, Jennifer Miller (Andrew) of Garden City, MI, Alysha Peters of Toledo and Joshua Smith (Kaitlyn) of Marlette, MI; his great grandchildren, Danica Peters, Alexander Miller and Benjamin Miller; and his sister Cheryl McGowan of Grand Rapids, MI. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

Memorial contributions may be made to Arnold's home church, First Baptist Church, PO Box 397, Evart, MI 49631, or the Alzheimer's Association, and would be appreciated by the family.
