He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Hoag; and his grandparents, Richard, Frances Cunic, Duane and Ruth Hoag.
He is survived by: his mother Patricia Hoag (Cunic) of Battle Creek; his sister Christina (Tina); and his niece Erica of Parma. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Because of his love for animals and especially for his dogs Dexter, Lexie and Thumper, in lieu of flowers donations may be made in his name to the Humane Society of Bay County at 1607 Marquette Avenue, Bay City, MI 48706.
