He was predeceased by: his parents, Adolph E. Girrbach and Helen Girrbach (Waack); his sister Shirley Taylor (William R.); and his brothers-in-law, Robert Brasseur and James Wressell.
He is survived by: his wife Charmaine Girrbach; his daughters, Heidi Palmer (Robert) and Kirsten Oliver (Anthony); his grandchildren, Dominic Oliver, Thomas Oliver, Katherine Palmer and Brendan Palmer; his sisters-in-law, Valeria Wressell, Jeanine Cox (Daniel) and Mary Jeanne Brasseur; and his pet Abigail. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
