He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Harvey and Dorothy Doris; his stepfather Wayne Doris; and his siblings, Jim and Delores.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth A. Buckstiegel; his children, Jeffrey Wayne Harvey (Cora), Douglas Dale Harvey and Tem Noy; and his grandchildren, Jeremy, Christina and Gavin Harvey. He is also survived by two great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
