He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Jacobs and Mary Jacobs (Neering); his wife Jean Ann (Wisniewski); his sister-in-law Jeralyn Jacobs; and his brother Larry Jacobs.
He is survived by: his children, Rachelle Miracle (Lance), Tracey Jacobs and Raymond Jacobs (Lisa); his grandchildren, Xander Izworski, Barret Izworski, Adasyn Dost and Colton Jacobs; his pet Herman; and his siblings, Diane Stothard (Jim), Suzanne Brink (Jeff), Gerald Jacobs and Roger Jacobs (Kelly). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
