He is survived by: his wife Camille Dominowski; his children, Mike Birdsall (Sherri) of Steve Birdsall, T. R., Terry Ann Tonkavich (Tom), Carla Forst (David), Mark Adcock (Wendy) and Nadine Christenson; his grandchildren, Justin Birdsall, Tyler Birdsall, Morgan Birdsall, Nick Birdsall, Kaitlyn Birdsall, Cameron Adcock, Caleb Adcock, Jennifer Tonkavich, Julie Tonkavich, Glen Badour (Alison), Matthew Badour (Jessica), Brad Adcock (Denise), Kurt Adcock (Brandi), Courtney Jonaitis and Jacob Adcock; and his great grandchildren, Lincoln, Thompson, Ethan, Brady, William, Caius, Caroline, Carter, Gabriella, Derek, Kaydince, Ava, Aiden and Riley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
