He was predeceased by: his parents, William E. McCarthy and Margaret McCarthy (Jennings); and his wife Nancy McCarthy (LaBean). He is survived by: his children, Bill, Lee McCarthy and Anne Groulx (Don); his grandchildren, Jessica Sanchez (Humberto) and Nicholas Groulx; and his sister Dorothy Keenan.
