He is survived by: his wife Cindy Kozlowski of Sand's Bar; his children, Jimmy Flathau (Jessica) and Nichole Keister (Matt Staszak); his grandchildren, Jacob Flathau, Hadley Keister and Gracyn Flathau; his sisters, Vicki Szunko (Ozzie) and Patty McCallum (Robin); his mother-in-law Leona Kozlowski; and his in-laws, Sue Elsea (Mark Becerril), Debbie Kozlowski and Linda Young (Dave). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
