He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Baranek and Virginia Baranek (Jezewski); his brother Michael Baranek; and his siblings-in-law, Edward Hahn, Yvonne Nye and Jeanne Grossman.
He is survived by: his children, Scott Andrew Baranek and Traci Marie Campbell; his grandsons, Graham, Cooper Campbell, Wyatt Steele and Christian Fingerhut; his siblings, Joseph Baranek and Barbara LaPan (Richard); and his sisters-in-law, Linda Baranek, Karen Faydenko (Greg) and Brenda Hahn. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
