She is survived by: her daughters, Susan Gross (Daniel), Judy Zook (Raymond) and Connie Fournier (Kirk); her grandchildren, Tania DiCarlo (Steve), Brett Siniard, Eric Fournier (Mary) and Megan Black (Doug); her stepgrandchildren, Chris Zook (Vickie) and Scott Zook (Michele); her great grandchildren, Alex, Easton, Kason, Eva and Jacob; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Kenna and Ella; and her siblings, Jackie Clark, Paul Jacobs and Patrick Jacobs (Donna).
