She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald E. Cornell and Mabel F. Cornell (Kitzmiller); her husband Robert J. Kotrba; and her brother Earl Cornell. She is survived by: her children, Cheryl D. Davis (Gerald), Robert D. Kotrba (Connie) and Scott R. Kotrba (Kimberly); and her grandchildren, David Davis (Darina), Heather Wilkens (Bruce), Robert Davis (Melany), Shawn Davis (Susie), Brett Kotrba (Michele), Jeffrey Kotrba (Aimee), Chad Kotrba (Lindsey), Bradley Kotrba, Jordan Simmons (Eric) and Benjamin Kotrba. She is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren.
