He is survived by: his sister Priscilla; his wife Arlene; his children, Tim Oettmeier (Janice), Kim Galloway (Lee), Arthur J. Oettmeier III and Tami Feinauer (Greg); his grandchildren, Erik Galloway (Sara), Justin Oettmeier (Laci), Mandy Walls (Richard), Nick Feinauer, Ally Feinauer and Charity Galloway-Djerf (Rob); and his great grandchildren, Damon, Arya, Camden, Cadence, Callen and Luke.

“So sorry to hear of Mr. Oettmeier’s passing. He was a great parent, grandparent, husband and a mentor as well. He enjoyed having a well groomed yard and was a nice neighbor. Tim, Kim, Nick and Tami had a fantastic father who loved Arlene very much. I had a fun time at their house growing up as a kid and adult. He will be missed immensely. Dan Hudson”
