She was predeceased by: her husband Elmer J. Bokhart; her daughter Sharon Mulders; her siblings, George, Frank, Luella, Clarence, Agnes, Lorraine, Donald and Dolores; and her parents, Francis Cnudde and Julia (Hoorneat) Cnudde.
She is survived by: her sons, Randy Bokhart (Melody) and Daniel Bokhart (Rebecca); her grandchildren, Brandon, Jeremy (Kristen), Ashley Bokhart, Gregory (Meghann), Scott (Beth), Mark Bokhart (Rosa Castrejon), Heather Prior (Zachary), Cory Schmidt, Jordan Mulders, Johnson Jr and Michael Mulders, Jr.; her great grandchildren, Cason, Brynn, Weston Bokhart, Avery Prior and Owen Prior; her stepgreat-grandson Devin Bosch; and her son-in-law Michael Mulders (Alicia).
