William Meiers Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Meiers (Escanaba, Michigan), who passed away on December 16, 2018 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his son Michael J. Meiers; and his brothers, Harold Meiers, Jr. and Robert Meiers. He is survived by: his parents, Harold W. Sr and Cecile Meiers, Sr. (LaPointe); his wife Leota Meiers of Escanaba; his children, William Meiers, Jr. of Escanaba, Robert Meiers (Karen) of Hyde and Renelle Halverson (Joel) of Ishpeming; his sister Marilyn Christiansen of Escanaba; and his child North Rocky Point Drive of Tampa. He is also survived by six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be directed to the Shriners Children's Hospital.
