He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Ellis and Ann Hook (Franklin); and his son Christopher P. Hook. He is survived by: his children, Dr. William C. Hook (Deborah) of Escanaba, MI, Paul F. Hook of Mill City, OR and Kari A. Jacobson (Jason); his grandchildren, Stephen Hook, Rachel Store (Justin), Sarah Hook, Jonathon Hook, Christopher Hook, Mary Hook, Peter Thomas Hook, Jakob Hook, Leif Jacobson and Liam Jacobson; his great grandchildren, Emma Store and Neal Store; and his sister Patrica Karlgaard. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and cousins.
A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 12:45 PM at the St. Joseph & St. Patrick Church (709 1st Ave S, Escanaba, MI 49829).
