He is survived by: his wife Chris (Belanger); his daughters, Dana VanEffen (Mike), Stephanie McDonough (Jamie) and Kara Bartoszek (Andie); and his siblings-in-law, Dave and Nancy Kositzky. He is also survived by his wife, daughters, sons-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, several sisters-in-law, several brothers-in-law, mother-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
